Join our team to inspire and develop the future builders of tomorrow! This role presents the opportunity to deploy local brand marketing expertise in partnership with media, licensing and retail partners to drive brand health and sales growth in the U.S. Market.

Core Responsibilities

People leadership (35%)

• Develop a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution
• Personally invest in talent development and acquisition, building a diverse and inclusive team
• Encourage, motivate and lead the team, day in and day out


US Marketing Strategy & Implementation (45%)

• Deliver revenue, profit, and share objectives through marketing activation that uniquely resonates with US consumers and is consistent with the global brand framework
• Lead team to develop the US go-to-market strategy, the local communication strategy, and execution plans for shopper, parent and adult audiences
• Drive marketing innovation agenda, owning test and learn agenda against growing parent and adult audience impact
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of local marketing plans in the US market on responsible audiences and franchises
• Collaborate with the other marketing leaders to optimize platform integration, agency relationships, and performance frameworks, ensuring alignment of activation plans with overall media and brand strategies
• Foster strong internal relationship with the regional marketing leads to deliver integrated, holistic activation plans across marketing channels and platforms


US Business leadership (20%)

• Accountable for adult, parent & shopper audience budget management, accuracy, utilization and maximization
• Represent the key franchises in regular operations meetings – providing insight and corrective actions
• Partner with Sales and Operations to make fast decisions on business critical topics
• Drive key retailer marketing program collaboration agenda, building coherent shopper activation plans in partnership with trade marketing, sales and eCommerce teams

Play your part in our team succeeding

The U.S. Marketing Department is responsible for crafting and fostering consumer demand by converting consumer, shopper and market insights into compelling, creative, and innovative marketing programs that remain grounded in a strong commercial understanding and focus.
This individual will join the Brand Management Team as Senior Brand Manager, heading the parents, shoppers and adults audience area. The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing, and will drive the overall business for the full U.S. business unit in collaboration with the US Brand Director on core franchises.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
• MBA or equivalent in marketing experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years in Brand Marketing Preferred, ideally 2+ in CPG, entertainment, or technology marketing
• Team leadership experience; demonstrated leadership development and experience in creating a vision, engaging and enabling teams to succeed
• A proven track record of driving brand growth and health in CPG, entertainment, or technology industry
• Experience driving strong retail partner relationships, crafting plans and executing marketing programs to build joint commercial value with larger retailers
• Proven experience of operating within matrix organization, and developing broad networks with internal and external partners
• Strong analytical skills and record of identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities
• 5 years experience in Brand Marketing preferred
• Demonstration of strong media skills, including digital marketing, understanding of all major channels, critical metric setting and measurement
• Additional experience in sales, digital marketing, social media or public relations a plus!
• Experience in shopper marketing preferred
• Advanced level English required
