Siena is seeking qualified adjunct faculty to teach the following business administration courses in the Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Courses will be taught in-person at a Michigan correctional facility, operated by the Michigan Department of Corrections, starting in Jackson, Michigan.

BAM 301 Career Management

BAM 441 Managerial Communication

BAM 479 Strategic Management (Capstone)

FIN 340 Managerial Finance

MGT 329 Managing Cultural Differences

MGT 361 Organizational Behavior

MGT 450 Labor Relations

MKT 350 Consumer Behavior

MKT 470 Global Marketing

REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a Master of Business Administration or a graduate degree in a related business discipline. Prior college teaching experience required. College teaching experience in a correctional facility strongly desired. Professional knowledge of business sector practices preferred.
