Responsibilities to include: • To create region and country-specific content for marketing materials covering all asset-classes, mutual funds, UCITs and private placement portfolios. • To create and maintain sales collateral and training materials ensuring it is up-to-date and made available using the relevant channels. • To work with Asset Class Leaders, GIO and other investment teams to build relevant messaging for Advisors • To work with the regional marketing, events and media teams to schedule communications • To develop creative materials that position investments appropriately for the target market, taking complex concepts and presenting them simply. • To build and maintain a calendar of investment publications. • To undertake all activities to the highest quality and regulatory standards to ensure that we conduct first-class business in a first-class way. • Create (i.e., developing, writing, editing) clear, concise, timely materials to launch new investment solutions to private clients (presentations, brochures, monthly fact sheets) • Develop and execute marketing programs to increase penetration of investment products with new and existing clients, and to support the front office • Coordinate required legal and compliance approvals of all marketing and communications materials; maintain central file of all approvals
Qualifications
Understanding of, and experience working with, investment concepts including alternative assets and/or equities and fixed income
Ability to take complex financial concepts and to articulate these simply
Understanding of private banking industry
Outstanding communications, writing, editing and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
Independent, personable pro-active learner, meticulous attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft office
Excellent project management, problem-solving and relationship management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - ability to interact with top industry executives
Must be a team player
Motivated self-starter, with an ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
