S&P Global Ratings Senior ESG Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the existing suite of Sustainable Finance Services including ESG Evaluations, Second Party Opinions and ESG in credit ratings. This role will focus on partnering with stakeholders to develop strategies, messaging and materials for companies, banks, investors and influencers to drive awareness, demand, revenue and advocacy for our offering.
Key Expectations & Responsibilities • Partner with senior ESG commercial stakeholders to craft and communicate Sustainable Finance marketing strategy for all existing products, monitoring across year with regular check-ins. • Partner with Corporate and Divisional ESG marketing teams to drive awareness and demand for our offering • Create and maintain suite of internal and external-facing materials to help drive awareness and demand for our offering. Includes persona profiling, pitch decks, brochures and webpages. • Work closely with Campaign Marketing team to ensure strategy is communicated into correct tactical mix
Basic Qualifications • Business or Marketing degree preferred • Strong communication skills in written and oral English • At least 5 years experience in strategic/product marketing • Desire to meaningfully contribute to the commercial achievement of sales, revenue and business outcomes • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of internal groups and seniority levels • Ability to work in a diverse team • Track record of being able to adapt quickly to change
Preferred Qualifications • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and presenting skills • Experience working in Sustainable Finance sector • Experience working in B2B environment • Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with marketing metrics • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results • Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment
