Formulate the digital strategy for Life and GI products through collaboration with insurance partners, DBS's internal digital and marketing team to maximize business growth opportunities
Spearhead business initiatives to improve customer's physical hybrid model, create NTB leads refine customer experience from online to offline
Support new initiatives to grow Life penetration within DBS's customer base (TRE, non-TRE and solo card base), applicable across all segments (CBG, IBG, HNW segments
Support customer analytics initiatives to drive life penetration
Support Life and GI product launch initiatives across all DBS digital assets
Work closely with Ecosystem partnership team to identify the right partners to eventually achieve both GI and Life business growth
Manage regular communication across different sales segments
Sales monitoring and reporting
Ensure programs and initiatives are designed and executed within the regulatory, legal and compliance framework.
Requirements
Digital marketing experience
University graduate
Minimum 4 years of working experience
Excellent interpersonal skill
Good project management skill
Good communication skill
Good command of Excel
