Powers Products Co. is seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to help develop and execute our marketing strategy, with the goal of growing sales through improved brand awareness and collaboration between Powers and the local design and construction community. The Manager will create a cohesive brand and marketing strategy and will oversee internal resources and outside contractors in the implementation and management of all digital and printed marketing materials and campaigns.
Major Duties:
Develop and oversee Powers’ marketing and engagement strategy, including website, social media, print media, newsletters, case studies, videos and photography
Understand our unique customer groups (commercial architects and general contractors) and their process of specifying and purchasing our niche products
Collaborate with our exclusive manufacturing partners to leverage their marketing efforts in our geographic territory
Partner with Powers’ team to design a new website and manage a website development consultant
Oversee refinement and expression of Powers’ brand identity and messaging
Manage direct and Social Media marketing campaigns
Maintain Powers’ Google Business Account, ongoing SEO, and pay-per-click campaigns.
Supervise outside consultants for website development, SEO, video production, photography and other marketing-related needs as required
Partner with Powers’ team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
Produce collaterals, digital content, advertisements, case studies and sales presentations
Oversee public relations efforts for earned media visibility
Produce monthly reports to measure the success and effectiveness of the marketing program
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring an effective allocation of spend across all platforms
Job Type / Location:

Experience:
Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
Digital Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Exceptional communicator with storytelling and interpersonal skills. Able to tailor messaging to a variety of audiences.
Excellent knowledge of Google Business Account and SEO
Skilled project manager, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously while leveraging internal and external resources to deliver quality results on time and on budget.
Proficient/conversant with mainstream design packages: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
Passion for design and architecture a plus.
