PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Verbal and auditory ability required in order to communicate in person and by telephone. Must be able to sit and / or stand up to eight hours per day. Must have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to finger and grasp. Physical activities include computer keyboard operation, and frequent verbalization of ideas. Must be able to travel independently. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Light travel is required within the continental United States. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions., * At least 2-4 years of progressive experience in the marketing field. * Multifamily experience preferred, but not required. * Bachelor's degree required in marketing or related field. Other degrees with marketing experience may be considered. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, patient and ambitious attitude is essential. * Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment. * Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs, including, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. * Strong time management, organizational and administrative skills. JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. * Research Management - Ability to execute research projects and provide data and content within the realm of the objectives. * Project Management -Manage details in maintaining integrity of fast pace projects * Customer Service (internal & external customers) - Understanding of the value and importance of the customer care process, cycle and strategies * Strong interpersonal communications skills * Public speaking and presentation skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
