Position Summary: Responsible for development and implementation for the marketing and promotional for all NABLF events, programs and initiatives. Will be responsible for the content creation and maintenance of the NAB Leadership Foundation website. This position is also responsible for the management and coordination of NABLF reception and fundraising events including the Service to America gala. Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Develop, implement and execute all annual marketing plans and promotional materials. Work closely with the Foundation team and NAB Public Affairs department to devise and implement a strategic marketing campaign to support the Foundation’s brand, events and initiatives. Manage Service to America Gala, including planning and implementation of logistics for events, as well as leadership of production for Service to America television show Manage, plan and implement all of Foundation’s special events including, event logistics, vendor relationships, marketing and advertising plan and event production leading up to, during and after all events. This role supervises and coordinates event contractors as necessary. Create and manage all Foundation content creation including promotional materials annual reports and program applications. Maintenance of content on NABLF website. Oversee, create and maintain content for NAB Foundation website and other digital properties, including Broadcast Career Link. Assist Director of Development in identifying strategic sponsorship opportunities to meet or exceed sponsor expectations. Develop and oversee a clearly defined social media strategy to support marketing campaign while increasing brand equity and online awareness. Create, maintain and execute editorial calendar and posting schedule. Write and manage content for interactive promotions including emails and e-newsletters supervise copy writing/editing and technical requirements for content. Create, maintain and executive timeline lines. Work closely with NAB Public Affairs department to outline a public relations strategy for NABLF events and or programs. Determine when press releases are necessary and track media hits. Other duties as assigned. Internal/External Relations: Internal Relations: works extensively with various NAB departments, including Public Affairs Broadcast Education Association, Legal and GR departments. External Relations: May interact with NAB and NABLF Board Members.

Requirements: 4 year degree required 5 - 8 years of Marketing experience Travel requirements: 5% Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge and experience in database programs, Salesforce database program preferred. Knowledge and understanding of digital trends and latest in social media innovation Proficient with social listening tools such as Hootsuite and Google Alerts Excellent creative writing skills required Ability to look for ways to improve and promote quality of marketing for NABLF Ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment on several projects concurrently, and possess excellent communication, organizational, creative thinking, and leadership skills.
