The Talent Acquisition Marketing Consultant has responsibility for building marketing plans, calendars / schedules for media and executing media and marketing in compliance with BSWH marketing and branding standards.  This role serves as a key resource for the Talent Acquisition function and is responsible for developing, executing and analyzing successful marketing campaigns, crafting generic and talent segment content in a variety of formats, building and nurturing talent pipelines while driving desired results within a CRM.

  • Execute omnichannel marketing campaigns that generate leads to priority openings through utilization of social media, content, email, SMS and all other available channels
  • Conduct basic analysis of campaign effectiveness; provide spend tracking
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to understand talent segment needs and nuances; act as a subject matter expert in lead generation techniques and tools to generate interest in the company
  • Utilize expert knowledge of direct hiring tools and methodologies such as LinkedIn, Google/ Search Engines, job boards, social media, events, networking, employee referrals, etc
  • Consistently optimize results by focusing on measuring, assessing, evaluating and adjusting campaigns to yield maximum results
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to promote system wide and talent segment specific events including virtual and onsite hiring events, career fairs and more
  • Plans and executes against a content calendar for social, events, and campaigns to drive increased career site traffic and application conversion
  • Monitor and respond to comments on social and brand channels, analyze engagement and escalate as appropriate
  • Partner with consumer marketing to repurpose existing and create new brand compliant content for recruitment marketing channels, ensuring content remains fresh
  • Discover current trends and understand emerging marketing strategies and technologies.  Continuously researching new ways to reach diverse talent
  • Maintain partnerships with external vendors (talent marketing agency) and internal partners (CRM and HRIS resource) to ensure technology requirements and solutions are in place to meet Talent Acquisition needs (Phenom People, Taleo, etc.)
  • Edit creative / copy to ensure speed in executing media as needed
  • Provide ongoing assistance to users of recruitment resources and external marketing efforts
  • Assist with developing and delivering user training

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recruitment marketing, digital marketing experience
  • Excellent technical skills including experience with CRM and ATS systems
  • Analytical: Ability to collect, gather, visualize and analyze information from multiple sources
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Marketing skills, including content creation
  • Excellent organizational skills, tracking media calendars and timelines with the ability to track task dependencies; structuring and carrying out steps to complete projects and tasks on time
  • Information and Data Management: Skillful in compiling, organizing and using data to enhance planning and effectiveness
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to be objective and flexible in adapting to changes in priorities, work assignments, and other interactions that may impact pre- established courses of action for completing projects and assignments
  • Interpersonal: Upholds a high level of confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and BSWH hiring policies
