Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: The Senior Product Manager DTC Digital Marketing role will ensure insight driven consumer communication that is aligned with brand strategy and objectives, and ensure excellence in execution of all consumer digital assets and ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Supports and directs the development and implementation of the brand's marketing plans, budgets, and long term financial plans to achieve the brand's volume, profit and spending objectives * Effectively plans to ensure that DTC awareness, engagement and conversion objectives are achieved, by overseeing the execution of brand strategies through various functional departments, and external vendors, with specific focus on digital activities such as * Oversees branded consumer digital hub and website development and content management * Owns digital advertising to promote awareness and engagement of consumers * Develop and stands up new digital capabilities * Supports and manages resource allocations across the brand to optimize overall brand performance, while anticipating risks to brand performance and ensuring that contingency plans are developed to manage through them; * Manages and lead multiple external partners and consultants to produce consumer communication strategies and executions in line with the brand strategy * Partners to manage and lead multiple cross functional teams to execute brand initiatives and implement plans * The Senior Product Manager will also need to ensure the brand strategy is communicated, understood and implemented by all cross-functional groups; * Supports the Integrated Business Plans that not only deliver on annual and longer term financial objectives, but also protect brand equity and enhance brand health
