At PRR, our clients rely on us to engage and inspire communities to understand what’s happening around them and take action when necessary with the greater good in mind. That’s social marketing. Our clients are those government agencies, organizations, and businesses that focus on transportation, public health, and the environment. Whether it’s assessing Oregonians’ attitudes about the health harms of excessive alcohol consumption, engaging historically hard-to-reach audiences near new King County bus routes, or informing Washington residents about new statewide laws—our approach focuses on creating meaningful connection with our audiences through data, sincerity, emotional connection, and transparency.
The social marketing Account Manager will support these efforts through helping to plan, produce, and implement social marketing campaigns and strategies across PRR practices and sectors. Candidates with experience effectively engaging audiences that may use a language other than English, are Black, Indigenous, or People of Color, or otherwise have a cultural experience that deviates from mainstream U.S. white culture are highly encouraged.
