The Advice & Wealth Management Consumer Content Development team delivers exceptional content experiences to qualified audiences where, how and when they need and want them. This writing-focused role is critical to develop and distribute high-quality digital content and firm-delivered thought leadership content. The objective is to amplify the financial advice value proposition.
This role is responsible to:
Write and implement content (80% of role) targeted to the needs and opportunities of our audiences and consumer channels. Content must bring the Ameriprise Client Experience to life and drive consumer engagement with Ameriprise and financial advisors.
Define, recommend and develop topics and content strategies that address audience financial goals and needs (20% of role).
Apply knowledge and experience writing for specific channel requirements and audience distinctions, including metadata and SEO.
With strategy provided by the director, align with business partners on key messages and content needs across the firm/advisor/client.
Update/iterate marketing materials to reflect evolutions in our client experience, sales processes and program initiatives that support advisor-client interactions.
Work with analytics and channel partners to monitor content effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies and procedures.
Drive content-development processes and deadlines. Complete other duties as assigned.
5 - 7 year related work experience with 3 - 5 years of digital content development and management.
Demonstrated ability to meet multiple compressed deadlines and time frames.
Strong written communication skills and project management skills.
Effective collaboration skills.
Commitment to working in the financial services industry and deepening knowledge of financial advice and solutions.
