Marburn Academy, an independent day school devoted to serving the educational needs of students who learn differently in New Albany, Ohio, is currently seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern. The Marketing and Communications Intern will support the marketing and communications efforts for Marburn Academy.

The Marketing and Communications Intern will report to the Marketing and Events Coordinator. Responsibilities include the following:
Primary Responsibilities The Marketing and Communications Intern will assist in execution of Marburn Academy’s marketing and communications strategy. Projects may include:
Developing content for the website, promotional materials, public relations, news updates, and social media
Taking photos of students and activities throughout Summer School
Analyzing website audience data
Sending digital newsletters
Organizing photo and media clip archives
Choosing and displaying photos to be shown around the school
Executing administrative tasks, as needed
Experience and Skills
Strong writing skills
Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Interest in photography, a plus
Experience with Wordpress and MailChimp, a plus
Willingness to try new things and ask a lot of questions
