Current Need:
We are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Sr. Marketing Manager in our $90 billion Strategic Accounts business. The Strategic Accounts segment is comprised of top retail national accounts within the US. In this challenging role, we are in search of a key contributor to our marketing team who is accountable for helping drive the execution, management and support of identified strategic marketing initiatives that align with segment priorities and financial targets.

The ideal candidate loves to strategize and get stuff done! This individual has the market knowledge through research and data to understand our Strategic Accounts segment and will have the ability to create the communications and content marketing strategy that supports ongoing engagement both internally and externally. This individual will be imperative in supporting the business and promoting our value.

Position Description:

  • Ability to execute against strategic marketing initiatives such as value proposition messaging and rollout, persona creation and tier-based marketing approach

  • Ability to effectively interpret and leverage market research to develop and present insights-driven content to segment leadership, as well as analyze that information to inform thought leadership content and communications

  • Ability to help drive event strategy and own the strategic execution by serving as the liaison to the corporate events team for planning purposes and key deliverables

  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally among Sales, Strategy, Government Affairs, Regulatory,

  • Analytics and Corporate Communications business partners

  • Own, drive and support the implementation and rollout of our new content management platform to include socialization and creation of a training plan, as well as serve as the internal SME for the platform

  • Ability to understand the competitive landscape and pivot as needed with marketing tactics

  • Ability to produce internal and external content that clearly communicates value proposition, thought leadership, and key components of QBR presentations and customer strategy sessions

  • Self-starter with an intellectual curiosity, motivated to keep moving forward and find new ways to solve challenging and complex business issues

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Minimum Requirements

7+ years relevant experience

Critical Skills

  • 5+ year's experience executing strategic marketing initiatives

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Additional Skills:

  • Marketing Strategy: experience implementing and executing against marketing strategies that drive customer growth and retention within a large healthcare company

  • Strategic Thinking : ability to evaluate changing healthcare industry and drive differentiated marketing approaches as needed

  • Data-Driven: ability to leverage market research and intelligence to drive decision making in support of go-to-market strategy

  • Communications Skills: ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization, promote ideas, collaboration and possess the ability to influence without authority across all levels while maintaining an enterprise first mindset

  • Healthcare Knowledge : experience in healthcare industry preferred with knowledge of key stakeholders, industry trends, insights, and competitive landscape

  • Self-starter

Education:

4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
