Founded in 1912, The College of St. Scholastica (CSS) is a comprehensive Catholic Benedictine institution of higher learning offering undergraduate and graduate programs. The Executive Director of Strategic Marketing and Communication provides leadership in creating and advancing the College’s Marketing and Communication philosophy and strategies that drive the college’s marketing and communication strategic plans and goals. The Executive Director will lead marketing and communication efforts that align with the College’s strategic plan and inclusive excellence plan. The Executive Director collaborates with senior officers to achieve Marketing and Communication goals and to ensure an extraordinary educational experience for all of St. Scholastica’s students. A strong and clear sense of Mission and purpose influences and shapes every aspect of life at St. Scholastica. The executive Director of Strategic Marketing and Communication will play a key role in advancing the Mission of CSS and the Benedictine values of community, hospitality, respect, stewardship, and love of learning that are at the heart of the College.
