As a marketing business analyst, you’ll conduct research and provide insights on market dynamics, trends, competitors, prospective and current customer behaviors, and ongoing multichannel marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and enhancing marketing data to support strategic decision-making and operational efforts within the AtlantiCare marketing and communications department in collaboration with members of the marketing services team, digital team and marketing leadership. As a valuable member of our team, you’ll also:
Gather, validate and analyze marketing and business data from various sources and then interpret the results using visual representations such as charts, graphs, tables, dashboards and correlations, using software tools like Excel and Tableau.
Maintain awareness of the latest developments, advances and trends in performance measurement and reporting.
Deliver comparative and correlative analyses to support business decisions and quality improvement initiatives created and executed by the AtlantiCare marketing and communications department.
To excel in this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:
A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business/marketing analytics, information systems, data science, statistics or marketing.
Two to four years of experience in marketing data interpretation and reporting is required, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and communicate findings in an actionable manner.
Proven ability to interpret healthcare data and effectively present sophisticated analysis and findings.
SQL report-writing skills.
Advanced Excel skills (pivots, tables and functions).
Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and to communicate with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including stakeholders, executives, managers and subject matter experts.
