For more information, visit www.emmanuel.edu.Reporting to the Vice President of Advancement, Emmanuel College is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to lead and oversee marketing, communication and stewardship initiatives for Advancement. This involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen Emmanuel's connection with alumni, parents, friends and strategic partners. The overarching priorities are to enhance alumni and parent engagement, brand awareness and to support the Advancement team with proposals, annual appeals and stewardship.Responsibilities will include:*Develop and implement high-impact and effective messaging strategies that support Emmanuel's goals for alumni and parent engagement and brand awareness.*Communicate Emmanuel's value proposition, mission, uniqueness and why our constituency and partners should support Emmanuel.*Work with Strategic partners, College Relations, Admissions, Student Financial Services, and the Advancement team to share the student experience and objectives of Emmanuel.*Plan, direct and evaluate the Advancement teams digital (web, email, video, social) and print communications presence and branding efforts.*Determine and monitor target constituent markets and develop individualized/tailored marketing goals and programs.*Collaborate with VP of College Relations and their team to ensure consistency across branding, marketing and communications efforts.The ideal candidate will be an experienced and entrepreneurial marketing and communications professional with relevant industry experience. This candidate will have a demonstrated history of building and leading a marketing program that communicated a distinctive brand and will help the Emmanuel community stay informed and connect to Emmanuel. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of experience, ideally in higher education or a similar industry.
