Join the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics team in our new role of VP Membership Sales. In this position, you will be responsible for hitting several membership sales targets set by the organization’s strategic plan, including membership sales metrics and key performance indicators. This position works closely with the CEO and COO in efforts to recruit and retain NAIA members and oversees our membership sales team, leads the internal cross-functional team, and serves as the primary liaison to the NAIA Membership Committee. The position requires demonstrated experience in leading higher education sales selling directly to college presidents/cabinet level positions.
