 Effectively communicate Marketing programs through approved collateral vehicles, adopting brand standards for all on-mall applications. 
 Effectively utilize, grow and analyze e-marketing and social media efforts to engage the center customer. 
 Support and enhance company-wide cause branding initiatives at the property level. 
 Establish strong relationships with local non-profit organizations that help fulfill company and property community goals. 
 Identify and foster relationships with government agencies, economic development organizations and other civic groups in order to be an active, informed community leader.

 Monitor, measure and report property status to the AVP, Marketing.

 Utilize market research to develop and implement a strategic business plan that increases the value of the shopping center. 
 Prepare for and actively participate in team property visits with senior executives.

 Business Development

 Manage event marketing plans/budgets including on-sale timeline and marketing, with direction from the VP of Marketing &#38; Guest Services and other marketing staff. 
 Create all event marketing summaries and backups for show settlement. 
 Log invoices and maintain departmental logs and reports. 
 Provide support for various communications and media relations activities. 
 Assist the VP of Marketing &#38; Guest Services, Director of Communications &#38; Community Engagement, and Creative Director to prepare media sponsorship proposals. Manage their implementation. 
 Manage and coordinate media partner special events, greet/escort media sponsors at events. 
 Create targeted marketing lists&#8212;coordinate list processing with mail house as necessary. 
 Manage event and marketing campaign direct mail projects. 
 Edit and proof copy for promotions. 
 Facilitate internal and external added show communication (added show forms, obtaining assets, coordinating on-sale timelines and promotions to support on-sales). 
 Attend events and assist in coordination of marketing special events and meet and greets. 
 Monitor in-venue marketing and customer service issues on behalf of the marketing team in association with the Director of Communications &#38; Community Engagement. 
 Schedule and staff information tables at public events.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
 
 2+ years marketing experience, cultural event marketing preferred
