Director of Marketing and Multimedia
The Director of Marketing & Multimedia provides strategic leadership, vision, and operational oversight for all NJCAA marketing, communications, branding, digital media, and multimedia initiatives. This role is responsible for setting association-wide marketing and multimedia strategy while directly managing staff and operations that support NJCAA championships, member institutions, student-athlete recognition, historical records, streaming, and digital storytelling. The Director oversees the Marketing & Communications Manager, Multimedia Manager, and related staff, ensuring cohesive messaging, brand consistency, high-quality multimedia production, and effective engagement across all NJCAA platforms.
