Description The Director of Sales is responsible for the implementation, support, analysis, execution and training of the Cornerstone Healthcare group business development initiatives in their assigned market for our Assisted Living and Memory Care. The candidate will participate in creating sales and marketing plans, build, expand and achieve movie-ins, occupancy, and net revenue goals. Working with the Operations team as a key team member to support and lead the sales and marketing effort that complement the location’s initiatives.  The candidate will also support Cornerstone Healthcare’s Business Development mission through active participation in the design, modification and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.  The candidate will act
