WBUR's Business Partnerships team is seeking a highly motivated Digital & Marketing Associate. The Business Partnerships team is responsible for securing sponsorship and funding for editorial initiatives across all of WBUR's platforms, including our local and national broadcasts, podcasts and on-demand audio, digital display and newsletters, live events, and custom content. As part of the Marketing team, this position plays a key role with the pre- and post-sale process, from the development of sales materials through the planning, execution, and optimization of all advertising campaigns. The Marketing team is responsible for ensuring the successful monetization and revenue generation necessary for WBUR to meet and exceed its overall financial goals.
Bachelor's degree with three to five years of relevant experience or equivalent required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to new digital technologies.
Experience identifying key issues, involving affected parties, problem solving, and communicating effectively through resolution.
