Responsibilities:

Lead business strategies planning and marketing projects
Formulate and implement the entire Credit Card marketing and promotion strategies
Formulate and implement the sales and promotion plans for personal and corporate customers
Lead and prepare annual budget proposal, business strategies plan and marketing projects
Review daily operations documentations
Report monthly business data and marketing analysis figures to the Division Head
Prepare business data and related materials for system development and conduct UAT testing
Coordinate works and solve the card issuing problems with local agents
Maintain good relations with local agents and business partners

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above
At least 2 years working experience in credit card business with supervisory and management
Solid experience in credit card related workflow and regulations compliance
Experienced in operations of credit card industry
Excellent communication and marketing skills
Able to demonstrate problem solving
Excellent supervisory ability
