Responsible for the development and implementation of Pardot campaigns, the Specialist, Digital Marketing and Technology, will work with Marketing Managers across various regions to build and execute marketing campaigns developed by the Marketing Managers. Duties include, but are not limited to, setting up and running logic calls, building campaigns in engagement studio, testing campaigns, and leading post-campaign report reviews within Pardot.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Technology, this is a critical role within the marketing team that works with various internal marketing, creative, and IT stakeholders to ensure email marketing campaign success.
To be successful, this person must understand association goals and processes and take part in ownership of Pardot. Important responsibilities include ongoing general maintenance, campaign and list upkeep and management as well as form creation and testing to ensure proper functionality of campaign assets.
This role requires creativity to bring new and innovative ideas, the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns, and a collaborative mindset to work with multiple teams.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Creates and manages drip campaigns, with a strong focus on customer journey
Analyzes messaging in relation to customer journey and path within Pardot’s Engagement Studio
Develops dynamic lists within Pardot that ensures target audience is correct
Creates test campaigns and works with Marketing Managers for approvals before sending
Identifies the necessary adjustments and recommendations to continually improve performance and campaign process.
Communicates campaign progress and results to all relevant internal stakeholders
Uses Pardot and relevant Salesforce reports to analyze campaign metrics
Acts as a Pardot support person for other team members
Uses hands-on skills in configuration of CRM applications / Salesforce / Marketing Automation solutions
Builds on and improves processes within Salesforce and other marketing platforms
Works with Marketing Managers to receive and modify campaign assets.

Knowledge of HTML a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of experience with advanced functionality of Pardot
Certifications:Salesforce, Pardot, or marketing automation badges or certifications
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience using Salesforce and Pardot
