The Senior Marketing Manager being recruited will work closely with business stakeholders to develop and manage integrated, result-driven marketing strategies to drive growth for the Hong Kong Retail Channel with a primary focus on the local intermediary sales and the regional private banking intermediary channel. This role will focus on building and executing marketing plans that enable advisors to acquire new sales opportunities and deepen existing relationships. The ability to collaborate and work closely with key partners, including the front office, digital, investment specialists, content, creative, social, business intelligence and compliance teams will be critical to success. The role requires good communication and project management skills and the ability to work independently for marketing programs and events and to effectively collaborate with the others to create solutions in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate should also be data-driven and passionate about digital and innovative marketing ideas to drive quantifiable results to drive up sales impact, client engagement and deepen client relationships.
What you will be responsible for:
The role works closely with Business, subject matter experts (SMEs), and various teams within Marketing to drive, plan and implement various areas of marketing activities and contribute to business and marketing objectives.
Create and implement innovative solutions to achieve business objectives and measurable results
Identify opportunities and client needs and deliver client-centric solutions to accelerate business impact
Drive awareness and engagement from online to offline and vice versa via different marketing tactics and touchpoints
Educate advisors on marketing tools, resources and campaigns they can access that can help them drive business growth and marketing efficiency with sustainability
Help build and manage more streamlined and automated processes to more efficiently support advisors
Define success metrics and evaluate impact of activities to support business growth
Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of marketing solutions
Monitor competitor activity and presence to create competitive edges
Stay ahead of the curve striving for the best-in-class client engagement and experience
Embrace evolving technologies to enable advanced solutions and improve customer experience
Be part of the advocacy on a collaborative culture and establish a high-performing team to achieve common goals
Drive projects and perform duties as and when required

BA or BS degree required
Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, preferably financial services, and a demonstrated track record of success and increased responsibilities
Demonstrated experience leading marketing strategies, including executing tactics in a business-to-consumer environment
Innovative marketer with experience and proven track record in paid and owned channels
High degree of intellectual curiosity and capacity to connect the dots, synthesize complex information gathered from disparate sources and drive results under deadline
Demonstrate business acumen, strong problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
A strong communicator with outstanding written & verbal communication skills
