We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Marketing leader. The role focuses on sourcing and managing the recruitment marketing function and reports to the Associate Director. This leader will motivate and lead a high performing team of experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcers to acquire high caliber talent by effectively utilizing tools to locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates. You will shape, connect, and lead resources to deliver on key projects, metrics, and achieve service level agreements.
You will drive organizational dedication and accountability to deliver operational excellence, business focus and overall development of our people. Including: * Inspire team members to achieve and exceed service standards through coaching and providing constructive feedback. * Motivate Sourcers to achieve metrics to support the organizational needs. * Assess team members' workload to achieve performance targets. * Influence, communicate, and lead outcomes by driving effective sourcing strategies, setting expectations, and helping identify the skills or characteristics that lead to successful outcomes. * Lead with the customer and candidate experience in mind. * Own the end-to-end sourcing workflow, tools, marketing, and event management using innovation and embracing new technologies. * Demonstrate an agile mindset by enabling processes excellence to successfully execute sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines. * Execute diversity sourcing strategies in partnership with key stakeholders and build capability in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility approach with your team. * Partner across the HR Community and stakeholders to ensure awareness and understanding of key business priorities as it relates to your team.

Note: This position requires all team members to travel to San Francisco for every 3 months for 3 days events. The rest will be remote work.
