This role will play an important part in strategic and tactical direction for the overall Ameriprise Client Experience, as well as the firm's strategic approach to segment marketing. Partnership with internal and external partners will be paramount for this role to ensure execution of programs and initiatives, including the advisor-driven and firm-driven deliverables within the Ameriprise Client Experience. This individual will need to demonstrate strong understanding of the business, including pragmatic understanding of field execution of client experience and marketing programs.
???Provide strategic thought leadership, cross-organization planning and coordination, and program execution for the overall Ameriprise Client Experience, both the advisor-delivered and firm-delivered experience elements. ???Ensure client experience and segment marketing programs are aligned with Marketing and enterprise-wide priorities through proactive partnership and communication with key partners across the firm and in the field. ???Provide direction and support for program implementation. Drive execution of projects on-time, with excellence in quality, within budget and on brand. ???Influence team to develop, manage and continually improve segment and program content, requirements and process. Stay current with competitor capabilities and offerings. ???Develop metrics and monitor results of all programs or initiatives and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements. Drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
???Bachelors degree required. ???7 to 10 years of relevant experience required. ???Marketing professional with excellent execution skills; strong project management and process skills. ???Demonstrated ability to implement marketing programs. 7-10 years experience in financial services industry. ???Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written. ???Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & independently, work in a fast-paced environment and ability to react quickly to change. ???Ability to analyze and communicate strategic ideas, gain buy-in and effectively implement them. ???Strong leadership skills.
???Direct experience working with field leaders and advisors to drive behavior change and growth. ???Certified Financial Planner (CFP??) certification.
