Job Summary:
The primary role of the Associate Director of Marketing, Degree Programs is to support the Senior Marketing Director in the development and execution of marketing and communications plans and projects targeted to Kellogg’s prospective students. The goal of this position is to enhance the reputation and enrollment of assigned areas and projects across Kellogg’s degree programs, which include the Full-time, Evening & Weekend, and Executive MBA programs as well as the MS in Management Studies.
Position requires occasional evening and weekend work. Occasional travel, both domestic and international, may be required. This position will be on-site on the Evanston campus for a minimum of two days per week, while the remaining time is allowed to worked remotely. This remote working arrangement will be evaluated on a regular basis and may be changed based on business and operational needs.
Specific Responsibilities:
Support marketing and communications strategic plans utilizing paid, owned and earned media channels. Implements the strategy and executes projects to build the Kellogg brand and reputation in support of the recruitment of students.
Manage relationships with key business partners and stakeholders in Admissions and Degree Operations to align marketing efforts to business goals
Lead cross-functional teams and agencies to develop marketing assets and content across a range of media including print, digital, social and events
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and tactics and provide recommendations for optimizations
Lead and execute key strategic analyses including market research and competitive benchmarking

Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of relevant industry and/or functional experience (marketing, communications, digital/social media)
Demonstrated ability to create compelling and effective marketing communications content that engages target audiences.
Demonstrated experience managing marketing communications projects in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
