DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER, Solve, to help creatively tell the Solve story to external audiences, in particular as it relates to Solve's Strategic and Partners Programs (that implement partner challenges) and Solve Innovation Future (a first-in-kind philanthropic venture fund), two newer programmatic verticals with distinct audiences. Responsibilities include generating communications plans; acting as point person for partner challenge promotion; tracking applications and other key data; managing email marketing workflows; generating leads; managing social media outreach for partner challenges; liaise with marketing team on press releases, editorial features, blog posts, newsletters, etc.; growing and manage Solve's email newsletter; contracting and manage video production deliverables; managing marketing efforts; keeping website up-to-date; monitoring analytics; providing recommendations on continuous improvement; collaborating on setting overall strategy; and managing volunteers/vendors/consultants.

Job Requirements REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; five years' experience spanning digital and online engagement and audience development, with an emphasis on email programs and marketing campaigns; experience with programs similar to HubSpot and Salesforce and both organic and paid social media, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram preferred; expert-level knowledge of email marketing strategy, including audience acquisition and engagement; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, team-based, sometimes ambiguous environment; ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently; excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex data into clearly communicated findings for non-technical audiences. Seek an organized, thorough, proactive, data-driven, and detail- and results-oriented individual who can focus on quality and productivity for the tasks at hand.
