Position Summary:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 2 or more years full-time work experience in marketing or related field
• Demonstrated understanding and implementation of social media marketing (SMM)
• Working knowledge of MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML editors, and CMS systems.
• Ability to apply analytics to evaluate campaign success (e.g., MS Excel and Google Analytics skills)
• Ability to work as a key team member
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• A master's degree in a related field
• 3 or more years' work experience in marketing or related field, preferably in post-secondary adult education
• Ability to conduct and/or assess market research on customer groups and trends in the marketplace regarding program potential as well as competitive analysis
• Understanding of identity and brand standards and demonstrated ability to adhere to standards
• Understanding of strategic messaging and demonstrated ability to adhere to strategy
• Experience in website content management
