Position will have marketing sport oversight for Volleyball and Baseball, oversee the Pregame Fan Experience outside of the stadium for Football, Assist with Email Marketing efforts, and assist with other sports and various projects as assigned.
Duties and Essential Job Functions: 1.Develops collegiate athletic marketing plans and promotion schedules for assigned sports. 2.Create and implement season ticket, single game and group sales campaigns. 3.Establish goals and strategies for assigned projects. 4.Support broadcast and promotion of events by working collaboratively with tickets, communications, creative and video staffs. 5.Assist with developing and implementing corporate relationships with Learfield staff. 6.Develop and execute strategies to elevate game atmosphere for assigned sports. 7.Maintain a working relationship with coaching staffs for assigned sports to ensure marketing goals are being met. 8.Adhere to the financial objectives for the department and participate in budget planning. 9.Research growing trends in the industry by collecting and analyzing data to continually enhance job functionality and goals. 10.Assist in managing graduate students and student workers. 11.Cultivate relationships across campus to collaborate and implement projects that are mutually beneficial. 12.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Two years full-time experience in collegiate athletics marketing or sports marketing
