IU Studios, Indiana University's central marketing organization, seeks candidates to fill an hourly position for a Part-Time Marketing Data Analyst. This position is housed within the Brand Studio which serves as the strategic partner to schools, departments, and units in transforming how we market IU. This position will provide valuable experience for anyone interested in Salesforce technology or data science.
Job Summary
Supports the usage of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) through audience segmentation and campaign management.
Translates plain-language requests into reports from CRM and SQL queries.
Supports on-time delivery of requests.
Adheres to processes that ensure data security and privacy in accordance with university policies and all governmental legal requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FERPA, GDPR, CASL, etc.).
Manages, sources, normalizes, and joins data from multiple sources for accurate targeting of marketing campaigns.
Assists campus partners in Marketing Cloud usage as it pertains to their data.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a customer-centered approach and ability to interact with university leadership.
Background in computer science, data science, information science, or marketing.
