Responsible for all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. The role will champion digital marketing tactics to support and deliver on the overall marketing strategy that will drive buyer engagement and result in leads and profitable growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, launch, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives
Develop custom audience targeting and retargeting efforts across web and social media
Analyze campaigns and initiatives and provide recommendations to optimize performance
Collaborate with content team on optimized delivery of high-level messaging and support content
Perform tests and ensure precision in campaign implementation
Optimize conversion activities on QA1 websites
Maintain digital dashboard of Marketing KPI’s
Maintain product data and update data systems within internal and external databases
General marketing support (web content, trade show & conference support, etc.)
Other duties as assigned
Required
Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role (minimum of 4 years)
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
Proven performance in conversion optimization activities
Working knowledge of popular CMS platforms
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to use strong critical thinking skills to solve problems
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external parties
