Our location in Alameda, CA currently has an opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager, Email Marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1)Responsible for Identifying, developing and delivering highly successful and measurable email marketing campaigns for both existing and new audiences to optimize customer experience
2)Responsible for delivering highly engaging customer centric digital content, including emails, webinars, podcasts, online videos, online training programs and patient brochures.
3)Lead marketing automation tactics including driving development of dynamic content, engagement/nurture programs and serve as subject matter expert in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, integrated databases and connected systems
4)Responsible for developing and operationalizing retention and loyalty programs from conceptualization to analysis including idea generation, proposal preparation, and overseeing assets production and campaign execution through marketing automation across digital channels
5)Manage external partnerships
6)Actively partner with cross functional teams - global & local marketing teams, customer service, regulatory, privacy, legal, operations and IT teams and manage multiple agencies
7)Lead the analytics and KPI measurement for success of digital campaigns.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelors Degree with at least 4-6 years of related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.
Executive education or Master's degree is desired and considered a plus.
Some experience in CRM platform preferably Marketo, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Exact Target or Pardot
Experience with web analytics, tag management, and CMS platforms
Background in digital marketing and some experience in web design and marketing automation a plus
Great project management skills and a passion for solving problems creatively and proactively in a regulated industry and a fast paced work environment
Product management experience in medical products or services preferred.
