Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the preconstruction and senior management teams to support marketing and business development goals and will execute marketing strategies for GCS-SIGAL.

Position Functions

Position functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Proposal Management/Development (approx. 70% of the time)

• Organize, manage, and coordinate the completion of proposal packages to ensure timely submission
• Incorporate edits and provide quality control review
• Coordinate with printers and other vendors to deliver professional quality products
• Create collateral and presentations catered specifically towards prospective and new clients

Brand/Marketing Management (approx. 20% of the time)

• Maintain company style guides to ensure consistent use of the brand
• Work with internal and external partners to create content that will increase awareness of the company brand
• Manage updates and quality control of GCS-SIGAL’s website
• Manage social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms; this includes the creation and maintenance of a social media calendar
• Coordinate corporate apparel and merchandising procurement

Event Planning/Support (approx. 10% of the time)

• Develop an event calendar to ensure consistent participation in relevant industry events
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry

Experience/Education

• BS or MS Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in related field

Knowledge, Skills, & Strengths

• Strong attention to detail, with an eye for graphic design and visual organization
• Proactively identifies and solves challenges
• Highly organized with an ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leverages leadership skills to set strategies and drive projects to completion
• Proficient in design software platforms, including InDesign
