Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will collaborate with senior management and the preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams to execute marketing strategies that support business development and brand consistency for GCS-SIGAL.
Position Functions
Proposal Management
Using Adobe InDesign, incorporate photography, graphs, and written content created by proposal bid team and existing marketing library to draft proposals and other client deliverables
Monitor timelines to ensure timely submission of proposals
Incorporate edits and provide quality control review
Coordinate with printers and other vendors to deliver professional quality products
Marketing Management
Maintain company style guides to ensure consistent use of the brand
Manage updates and quality control of GCS-SIGAL’s website
Manage social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms
Coordinate corporate apparel and merchandising procurement
Produce and manage timelines to ensure project deadlines are met
Develop an event calendar to ensure leadership participation in relevant industry and networking events
Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
Leadership Responsibilities:
Mentor and manage Marketing Coordinator and/or interns
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Assist in recruiting efforts to grow the marketing department
Experience/Education
BS or MS Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field
At least 5 years’ progressive experience in related field
Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign
