We are seeking a Digital Growth Marketing Manager, to join our expanding team.
Lead all digital growth marketing initiatives and programs as needed with a strong creative mindset and a focus on ChemImage's Life Science business unit. The role will also be a key stakeholder in identifying new digital opportunities to continue to grow the brand's digital acquisition efforts.
Principal (Essential Duties):
Develop a deep understanding of our products and platform in order to refine and craft the value proposition to life sciences companies, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
Determine how to best articulate and position our product and platform for key customer segments – and continually optimize it as our offering evolves and new industry trends emerge
Identify and execute on novel ways to grow ChemImage’s brand awareness among life sciences companies
Explore and prioritize new opportunities within existing channels as well as new/prospective channels and vendors to support strategic growth plans
Analyze information from various data sources and implement findings/insights to drive a cost-effective acquisition strategy through growth channels
Oversee paid search and digital advertising campaigns; work with appropriate vendors to monitor results and adjust as needed
Independently manage day-to-day campaign optimizations and communications with internal/external teams to ensure performance is consistent with OKRs
Develop ad hoc and ongoing analysis and reporting to management on data and develop recommendations and take actionable steps to optimize campaigns, landing page, and web performance
Monitor competitor messaging and marketing strategies to maintain differentiation and competitive advantage and monitor industry trends, from attribution changes to emerging platforms and everything in between, and own educating internal stakeholders as relevant
Write, proofread, edit creative and technical content across different medium
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
Travel to and engage with customers/market on a regular basis to train, collect and evaluate Voice of Customer (VOC) for products and market segments, and
Participate in speaking engagements including trade shows and industry events, product demonstrations, etc.
Act as company evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong background working in the Life Science/Medical Device space
Experience in highly regulated environment
Experience in third-party marketing technologies and platforms and paid search and advertising
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines, manage projects independently, prioritize and handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
Resourcefulness in solving problems; good judgment and comfortable with decision making
Superior professionalism and judgment with both internal colleagues and external customers
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
5-7 years of experience in digital marketing
At least 3 years in Life Science/Medical Device marketing
Deep knowledge of Google Analytics - Google Analytics Certified a plus
