The Director, HCP Marketing - IO, will be a key member of the newly formed US IO Marketing Team. This marketer and aspiring leader with a consistent track record of critical thinking, outstanding customer focus and demonstrated success with challenger brands will quarterback the Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing efforts across multiple indication launches including Lung and GI disease areas. This product is positioned as a growth driver for the organization including planned filings for ongoing registration studies as well as pipeline combinations.
This position will focus on US HCP marketing initiatives that span across indications supporting the development of the brand identity. Candidate will specifically focus on crafting and implementing results to ensure an outstanding launch for indications supporting the field team(s). You will work closely with U.S. extended team members and Global marketing colleagues to enable superb, highly driven tactical implementation of brand promotional & market shaping strategies with a specific focus on HCP tactics.
Responsibilities: * Enable launch success in a hybrid (live and virtual) selling environment by utilizing innovative HCP marketing tactics and strategies to facilitate brand goal attainment. Ensure accurate and appropriate management of assigned A&P resources * Play a leadership role in establishing the core positioning, messaging and HCP campaign development in partnership with Global colleagues and US. Leading all aspects of the execu-tion of professional strategy and all promotional campaign elements for core selling materials including digital and print. Lead professional brand planning through the IDAPS processes (strategic and tactical) * Work closely with Medical Affairs colleagues and FUSE reviewers to build foundational selling assets. Collaborate with analytics and insights colleagues for all professional market research; stimuli development, methodology assessment and final insight generation. Ensure alignment of brand strategy and objectives in all other quantitative tracking tools (message tracker, ATU) * Lead team efforts in preparation for launch meetings, national sales meetings (1H/2H) and interim meetings (e.g. pocket meetings), ensuring that commercial goals and objectives are met * Co-lead the Agency of Record (AOR) relationship with Global Marketing colleagues and ensure close management of A&P spending, through direct activities, reconciliations and quarterly AOR/Brand Planning Meetings * Partner closely with NPP colleagues and Digital colleagues to ensure core digital assets (CVA/HCP website) are strategically aligned; ensure consistency of derivative materials and plan for seamless integration of NGE initiatives
