Our Digital Marketing Senior Managers are responsible for helping our clients imagine, deliver and run the future to create personalised, data-driven marketing to drive tangible commercial results. They are subject matter experts and lead projects on a wide range of digital disciplines from marketing strategy to the build and deployment of digital marketing campaigns. As a Digital Marketing practitioner within Deloitte Digital, you'll be providing our clients with advice on digital change, helping them to exploit web, mobile, digital and social media to strengthen their brand and grow their business. You'll be working with both our clients and the Deloitte Digital teams to define and optimise digital strategies and support them through digital and multichannel transformation programmes across consumer and business environments. This requires working between business and technical teams to translate business needs into marketing and marketing technology requirements, as well as helping the business to adopt this new technology and use it to realise their digital marketing strategy. Solutions you would be involved in range from creating marketing strategies, identifying commercial growth opportunities, designing new operating models and ways of working, agency management, developing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, change management, implementing marketing technologies and analysing marketing performance and KPIs.

Providing independent advice to our clients on their digital strategy and transformation programmes to improve the customer experience
Supporting and leading workstreams and teams to deliver projects outcomes within budget and to time
Acting as intermediary between client business teams, to identify core business challenges and requirements, and marketing technology teams, to develop digital solutions and deliver the change into the business
Interfacing directly with Deloitte Digital clients to deliver project work in collaboration with client stakeholders
Working closely with high performing multi-discipline teams, from User Experience and Creative to Engineering and Development

Your professional experience
We are looking for candidates with experience of digital marketing or digital transformation in the Life Sciences or MedTech sectors, either working in the sector or as a management consultant serving clients in the sector.
Preferred experience and qualifications include:
Experience working in the Life Sciences (pharma or MedTech), ideally in the commercial or Medical Affairs space
Experience of using or implementing marketing technology platforms (e.g. Veeva, Adobe, Google, Facebook, Salesforce)
Strong digital marketing skills (digital experience design, marketing campaign planning or management, digital performance analytics)
Strong multi-channel and multi-geography marketing skills
Strong executive stakeholder management and change management skills
Strong project and programme management skills
Advanced knowledge of trends across digital media (Web, Mobile, Social, Search, etc)
Additional desirable experience

Driving digital transformation in complex multi-brand and multi-geography environments
