Job Description As the Senior Advisor, Medical Benefit Management and Oncology Marketing, you will develop the B2B marketing plans and positioning efforts for programs within the Health Plan pharmacy cost management portfolio. You will manage an understanding of health plan customers and implement strategic plans to promote awareness and create demand for pharmacy cost management solutions. You will ensure the development of marketing plans that use insights, research, industry-knowledge and best-practices to engage target audiences, including:
â¢Positioning of our capabilities represent a leadership positioning in the market â¢Ensure the sales channel has the right amount of knowledge and resources to provide positioning and benefits of the programs to their customers.
This role is meant for an experienced, omni-channel marketer that knows how to turn strategies into action, with a background in B2B marketing and digital. You will be at the intersection of important partners and marketing. You will excel within dynamic teams and will oversee the execution multiple projects, on time and on budget.
The tangible results of a product marketer's work typically include: â¢Market and competitive intelligence that gives the team an understanding of the market â¢Positioning and messaging that attracts and converts prospects and leads â¢Sales enablement materials that help sales close more deals â¢Go-to-market strategy and launch plans that outline in detail how the product will be promoted and sold
Required Qualifications â¢B2B marketing experience that includes strategy development, segmentation, customer-centric approach, business analysis, brand/business building, marketing mix development and content marketing. â¢Experience with public relations and multiple media channels (earned and paid) including influencer strategy. â¢Build B2B lead generation strategies and client segmentations to building awareness and promote adoption.
Preferred Qualifications â¢Health care experience â¢PBM and Managed Care experience â¢Driver of results with an ability to turn strategy into action â¢Develop and put into action sound business plans that achieve results â¢Influence and affect and advocate across all levels â¢Experience developing marketing strategies, since there is a need to balance and meet short-term, annual goals and long-term awareness/equity building. â¢Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience â¢Master's degree
