Reporting to the Director of Integrated and Digital Marketing, the Enrollment Marketing Specialist supports the development, planning, and execution of data-driven marketing strategies to support Johns Hopkins Carey Business School enrollment goals for full-time degree programs and Executive Education non-credit courses. S/He will also serve as the project lead for marketing data analytics and reporting as well as specific marketing initiatives including the Baltimore/D.C. virtual tour, international marketing outreach, and program-related partnerships with external universities and colleges.
The Enrollment Marketing Specialist works in an environment with tight deadlines. This person needs to excel at project management (balancing multiple projects at once and managing detailed timelines), understand and align marketing with the student mindset, and must be able to work as an integral cross functional team member.

Specific duties & responsibilities: Marketing
Ensure effective development and execution of enrollment marketing projects and campaigns.
Maximize efficiency and capitalize on the full marketing features and benefits of the Pardot CRM system based on the various Executive Education needs.
Set up, deploy and optimize targeted email campaigns via Pardot to prospective participants for Executive Education throughout the different stages of the prospective participant funnel.
Organize and coordinate annual updates to marketing communication plans, email templates, and relevant print materials for full-time degree programs, dual degree programs, and Executive Education.
Measure competitive analysis and market research to help inform marketing strategies.
Data and Analytics
Create and manage performance measurement framework to be used across degree and non-degree programs marketing efforts in line with best practice standards in reporting
Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance, increase brand awareness, and support enrollment goals for Admissions and registration goals for Executive Education.
Report on analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital recruitment efforts and report outcomes according to established schedules.
Evaluate current processes and makes recommendations for process changes, then works according to new guidelines or structure.
Produce impact analysis and data-related stories that drives decision making
Work closely with Carey's cross-functional team members to support Carey's strategic priorities.
Serve as a collaborative member of the Marketing and Communications team, assisting with other marketing-related duties as assigned and as time permits.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill marketing requests as needed.
Effectively track and manage his/her projects using project management software.
Possible website maintenance support, including photo updates, content updates, research and competitive website review.
Minimum qualifications (mandatory):
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, or related field required.
Two years of related experience required. Four or more years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education highly desired.
Advanced degree may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Knowledge and experience with both Salesforce and Pardot .
Knowledge of relevant reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Tableau.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office necessary, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Must maintain a professional working relationship with faculty, students and staff.
Self-starter and can lead independently and proactively.
Four years' digital marketing experience (e.g., SEM/SEO/Email/Social/SMS) preferred
Knowledge of Technolutions Slate CRM platform a plus
Knowledge of BrightEdge SEO
