Description of the Business Line or Department The candidate will join the Marketing Team for Global Markets, part of the Sales Department, within the Global Markets Division of SGCIB. The team provides all stakeholders with the tools to better serve clients: - Providing sales with the support to ensure proper client understanding of our investment and hedging solutions: product presentations, educational brochures and videos, sales trainings, management of product websites - Helping structurers to convey their ideas and solutions with sales: product mapping, product analysis / backtesting, internal communication emails - Deploying new digital tools internally and externally to simplify sales life and provide more interactive marketing tools to clients Summary of the key purposes of the role - Assisting sales in providing tools for their clients: marketing material, excel files - Assisting engineers in developing the new product offer - Ensuring correct regulatory standards alongside compliance and legal teams Summary of responsibilities - Assisting dedicated sales in servicing institutional clients, private banks, wealth managers, distributors and corporate clients - Drafting marketing presentations, brochures, factsheets for cross-asset structured products - Past performance simulation and scenario analysis for derivative products using excel and VBA - Liaising with structuring teams in developing the product offer - Good knowledge of SG research publication and of market news and ability to summarise it in marketing presentations - Ability to work with Bloomberg and other data bases - Ability to learn quickly and implement new digital tools (video editing, website management, marketing newsletters)
Competencies - Financial markets & derivatives knowledge - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (power point, excel, VBA desirable) - Excellent command in spoken & written English (all presentations, brochures are written in English) - Rigorous & Attention to details - Teamwork - Ability to Work Under Pressure - Organizational skills: Time management & ability to deliver - Innovation skills: Proactively propose innovative marketing - Communication: Ensure flow of information - Leadership: Ability to manage projects WORK EXPERIENCE A first experience (internship) in derivatives / structured products (sales, structuring, research, etc) would be desirable EDUCATION Higher Education is a prerequisite.
