The Program Associate is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties and will assist in routine and non-routine responsibilities of the daily operation and administrative aspects for iExcel. This position will assist the leadership team in day-to-day operational needs including, but not limited, to designing materials, including brochures, hand-outs, electronic notices, and supporting the community and business aspects of the iEXCEL mission. This includes front desk customer support, hosting visitors, tours and events.
This position will be responsible for graphic design support for items such as marketing, communication and promotional materials for mediums such as online, print and presentations, and developing materials that tell the iEXCEL story through graphical representation. This position will also assist with the development of UNePlan, the annual report, editing and drafting articles for journals, and marketing materials
This position requires a high level of professionalism and customer service since the iEXCEL program has frequent contact with global leaders, industry representatives, Federal, State and City officials, the Military and University donors.
