EXACT Sports provides camps and other group-training events for HS, college & pro athletes. We combine our 'mental' training curriculum with technical training provided by NCAA & NAIA college coaches. EXACT has received funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as well as the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
In this role, EXACT is seeking a part-time staff member (with option for full-time in future) to: * Develop new youth camp/training programs, * Innovate inbound/outbound marketing/communication tactics and * Lead the go-to-market strategy+execution.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:
An appreciation and understanding of youth sports including rec leagues, day camps, as well as elite travel teams.
Product development expertise including how to research a potential opportunity as well as develop an integrated marketing plan.

Telecommuting is allowed. Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: To start would be hourly compensation and if interested transition to a full-time position in the future.
