The Appraisal Institute is seeking a talented Marketing Email Specialist who has the skills, ability and desire to make a difference in our organization. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for managing monitoring and recommending improvements for the Appraisal Institute’s email marketing program.

Responsibilities:
Support all departments through new email initiatives
Recommend and implement improvements to emails directed to members, students and external stakeholders
Maintain target program email distribution lists
Integrate and ensure accuracy of the email lists into Higher Logic/real Magnet email platform
Coordinate the marketing efforts for the Institute’s annual conference and serve as project manager for the development and delivery of content, marketing materials and communication
Manage the development of the activity calendar and Appraisal Institutes email calendar
Administer the Opt Out and SPAM email listings and requests
Fulfill chapter requests for materials
Keep online chapter tools and operating manual up to date and recommend related improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field Or 5+ years experience with email platforms, programs and deployment for broad communication to clients/users
Proficient with MS Office, and large database segmentation/management
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate effectively with members, students, chapters and other external stakeholders and affiliates
