What You’ll Do
Lead brand messaging calls with client stakeholders to gain messaging direction
Conduct audience interviews with client customers to gain audience insights
Craft brand messaging for clients that conveys what they do, how it’s unique, and why it matters
Write effective website content that engages audiences to buy or take the next step
Interview our clients to write compelling web content, blog articles, and LinkedIn posts
Meet with web designers to convey the design direction and provide design feedback
Meet with web developers to convey messaging and design goals and provide feedback
Participate in weekly calls with agency team and chief marketing officer
Participate in training calls on the latest in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and more
Key point of contact with clients and have day-to-day oversight of these projects.
Assist with brand messaging proposals

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or similar field, MBA a plus
2+ years at a branding, marketing, or digital agency a plus
2+ years of brand messaging experience and 5-10 years of marketing experience
Strong portfolio of brand messaging and content writing examples
Strategic marketer adept at seeing the big picture and understanding client’s growth goals
Skilled at creating compelling brand messaging that conveys what is unique
Effective communicator at interviewing stakeholders to gain messaging direction
Experienced content writer for website content, blog articles, and LinkedIn posts
Experience writing for technology, ecommerce, or associations a plus
Effective at design direction and overseeing designers
Genuine curiosity to learn what our clients do and how they’re unique
Passion to deliver quality work that advances our clients’ growth and strong eye for detail
Skilled at managing multiple projects and follow through to meet deadlines
Enjoy working in a fast paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment
Effective working independently with little direction as well as collaborating on a team
