Digital Strategy Marketing Director, CBRE GLobal Investors & Trammell Crow Company
The Global Digital Strategy Marketing Director is responsible for fostering connections between Digital Marketing and CBRE's global subsidiary businesses: CBRE Global Investors (CBRE GI) and Trammell Crow Company (TCC); to understand business needs and goals; and to identify and help create and execute digital marketing solutions, globally. The Director will leverage knowledge gained from the businesses to assist Digital Marketing in defining customer journeys and customer segmentation, and will help prioritize and manage key digital marketing initiatives, including the global development, rollout and consistent enhancement of the businesses' new websites.
Specific responsibilities include:
Lead Digital Marketing Strategy in partnership with marketing leaders at CBRE GI and TCC, maintaining a regular cadence of connection with the businesses, in partnership with stakeholders from Marketing and D&T
Establish and oversee regular meetings with CBRE GI and TCC
Include particular focus on sales teams and research experts
Identify opportunities to amplify business outcomes through digital; scope and define resulting projects; and pass to Digital Properties/Production verticals to execute
Share understanding of businesses with Marketing leadership
Leverage knowledge to help proactively bring solutions to and co-create digital solutions with the businesses
Contribute to and help document our understanding of the customer journeys of within the development and investment management industries, identifying opportunities where digital can amplify
Oversee development and roll-out of new CBRE subsidiary websites
Serve as overall project manager for new CBRE GI and TCC website design and development, ensuring that these subsidiaries always leverage CBRE strategy and development and best practices
Establish and manage overall project timeline, reflecting and coordinating workstreams from creative, design, technical, content and strategic workstreams
Assist with prioritizing CBRE GI and TCC workstreams and activities to reach target launch and rollout dates that align to each business, globally.
Identify ongoing methods to work smarter and more efficiently towards specific outcomes
Oversee other priority digital property initiatives
Oversee other priority projects as they arise, including intranet migration projects in partnership with internal communications teams.
Contribute to work in Campaign Strategy & Execution vertical
Leverage knowledge gained from Partner Strategy Support work to contribute to thinking around and definition of potential customer segments and related campaigns
Function as a core resource to the Global Head of Marketing for CBRE GI and TCC with respect to goals, strategic planning, prioritization and digital marketing initiatives
Develop presentations on Digital Marketing initiatives and outcomes for Marketing and Corporate leadership
Be the face of a "digital-first, data-driven mindset", helping to educate and advocate for this shift with peers and business partners
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strategic and creative thinker who develops and articulates innovative ideas and fosters a collaborative and data-driven culture
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior strategy or product marketing role in large matrixed organization
Proven leadership skills (by influence or direct management) with a demonstrated ability to build and manage teams, providing clear direction and timely feedback to team members
Strong organizational, project management and prioritization capabilities. Proven ability to work under deadlines and stay focused simultaneously on the big picture and smallest details
Data driven and goal oriented, able to measure success both quantitatively and qualitatively, and to understand the importance of both
Persuasive communicator, collaborative partner and skilled listener. Able to drive change while navigating a fast-moving organization with an evolving marketing strategy
Financial Services, Development or Investment Management experience a plus, including knowledge of digital regulatory requirements
