Start on October 1, 2021 and conclude the program September 30, 2023 (24 months).
You will understand how our Asset Management works and what the structures and processes are like. You will find out how our products work and be at the core of our client work within Vontobel.
The entry options after this program are vast. You could start as Digital Marketing Associate, Client Support Specialist, Jr. Relationship Manager, RFP (request for proposal) Writer, Jr. Content Consultant, Sales Coordinator or Data & Operations Manager.
Within this Program, you will work with colleagues from our Marketing and Global Sales teams, learning how to put our clients at the center of any project. Within Investment Communications, you will work on real client communications, to deliver the thoughts of our Portfolio Managers across multiple media types to reach our clients. In the Sales rotation, you will gain insight into the day-to-day business of a Client Relationship Manager, by assisting team members, and thereby gain exposure to our clients & partners. Within Marketing, you will gain insights into our strategic approach, promoting our capabilities, the know how of our experts and the quality of our products through a sustainable content and channel strategy. You will be an essential part of a marketing campaign, creating and distributing valuable content to attract and retain clearly defined audiences with measurable results.
You will be based with your teams in the heart of our Asset Management, at Genferstrasse 27, Zurich .
Your Qualification Your background includes ..
A Masters degree ( university or university of applied sciences) , you are eligible with up to a maximum of 24 months of work experience after your Masters
A study background in a business related field ( finance , business , marketing , communications , content management ).
At least one work experience in the ( financial ) industry
