The Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining, improving and the execution of marketing strategies. This position will help drive property performance and provide support to the Regional Leadership and community site teams.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Reviews marketing metrics on a quarterly basis (SEO, SEM, website performance, geo-targeting, ILS performance, etc.) with Regional Leadership providing suggestions on how to maximize marketing spend, generate quality leads, and improve lead to lease ratios
Provide additional marketing support and analytics as needed or requested
Works with training team to develop marketing-based training programs
Oversees communities monthly ILS/Digital audits and aids in any corrections needed
Assist in the development of community marketing budgets and ensure operation within
Direct oversight of 3rd party marketing vendors
Complete marketing help desk tickets
Collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee registration for and participation in outside training programs.
Responsible for Echelon’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Google +, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manages Social Media Ambassador program
Create monthly social media calendars for onsite team members as well as partner with them to ensure success of their social media presence
Ensures brand consistency in all marketing materials, both at the Echelon level and the individual community level
Responsible for the management of the Echelon corporate website.
Completes all required marketing related tasks during acquisition and disposition of communities
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of SEO and SEM
Experience with relevant marketing and industry software applications – Adobe Suite, Social Media, Yardi/CRM experience preferred
Works effectively as a team member with other members of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design and creative ability
Ability to interact and communicate with client partners
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Ability to evaluate and research marketing options and alternatives
Travel required throughout the state of Colorado
Ability to oversee several technology platforms

Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Knowledgeable in all aspects of onsite property management from leasing, to service, to management
