KCCT is an award winning, International design firm seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team! The ideal candidate will have a marketing background in an architecture and engineering industry.
We are seeking a collaborative team player who is well versed in proposal writing and management, social media, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This individual should be detail oriented and possess strong writing/editing skills. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and work with the Principals, Marketing Department, and senior staff to implement the firm’s brand identity, proposals to clients, and strengthen the firm’s market position. The Senior Marketing Coordinator must meet the following qualifications:
Organizes, coordinates and controls activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals
Gathers information about prospects and participates in proposal strategy in support of firm's principals and other marketing professionals
Completion of government forms, client questionnaires and qualifying statements as required
Monitors prospects and communicates with other marketing members
Leads coordination and production of qualifications, proposal responses and interview materials, and award submissions
Creates and implements office marketing strategy and campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share
Identifies and participates in industry and sector specific groups and events to help raise company profile
Develops content for social media, website, brochures, case studies, internal company newsletter, blogs and other relevant marketing material in collaboration with technical staff
Leads coordination and production of qualifications, proposal responses and interview materials
Manages, tracks and maintains marketing information, CV’s, sector leads and opportunities in the CRM database
Ensures that internal and external communications are consistent with brand guidelines
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Business or related field
5-8 years of experience in related job and/or AEC industry
Proficiency in editing, proofreading, and oral communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
Experience with Deltek Vision/VantagePoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing and managing social media content
Ability to work efficiently and within an organized manner
Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads
Excellent ability to multi-task, responding to constantly changing needs and schedules
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, consultants, and clients under multiple deadlines
The ability to read and understand Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and the ability to manage and develop a written response.
